clean your sewing machine? i’m kinda haphazzard about it actually. but it’s regular. like before i have a big weekend of sewing, i’ll give it a good going over. if i’m sewing for an hour or sew at night, i probably just clean it on sunday. so i cleaned and oiled it in preparation for our craft day. really i did. i’m procrastinating because sometimes sara or cleo pop in here…..and i’m pretty sure they’ll tell gary.
and just in case that’s a little dark for you, here it is with flash:
holey fuzz ball batman! clearly needle punching on wool creates….fuzz.
i’m cleaning it out right now. shhhhh. there is no reason to rat me out to gary.
WOW !!! I’m impressed!
i know. right?
That’s why I bought the babylock embellisher a couple years ago…..the amount of fuzz produced when needlepunching!
I clean the sewing machines usually at the end of a long day of regular sewing, or with each bobbin if I’m working with flannel.
I clean the longarm bobbin are with every bobbin change if I’m using cotton thread and when it needs it if I’m using a poly.
i debated on the “attachment” for my bernina or a seperate machine. decided i didn’t want another machine sitting around. funny…….you clean at the end of a sewing day and i clean at the beginning….yet with my longarm, i clean at the end of the day….
Hoo-boy! That really represents just how hard you have been working!
T
i’ll take that!!!
I am going to go clean mine before someone turns me into Gary!
good idea! just in case they torture me and i provide them with your address!
What’s in it for me if I don’t rat you out to Gary?
ummm..how about a wool postcard??
When should I check my mailbox? I’ll bet it’s already in the mail!
at first glance i thought something terrible had happened in the bathroom.
a couple people said that. i’d much rather clean my sewing machine!
yea, that is what my mother machine looks like every time I go to sew on. I asked her once if she ever cleans he machine. She answered, why you do when yopu are here. So I just shake my head. Oh yes, her machienstarted on fire at a retreat one time. HHHMMMMM, I wonder why…
her machine started on fire?!?! sybil’s did that once too. scary.
