swiss chard, green beans, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, carrots, plums, blueberries, honeydew melon,  mangos, pineapple, and bananas.

Still waiting for a recipe using Swiss chard for cookies or cakes or…. is mostly looking like a spinach salad tho…

swiss chard….known as silver beet in this part of the world. good stuff!
treat it the same as spinach.
just steam it and sprinkle with parmesan.
    or
stream it, chop it fine. add cream and nutmeg
    or
    make spanakopita
    or check out these recipes

Sneak it into spaghetti sauce or lasagne to add extra veg w/o people knowing it.
Try doing ‘swiss chard chips’ —-kinda like kale chips.
spanakopita is my favorite – another name for it is ‘spinach & feta pie’. It’s a pastry crust with a spinach, feta & egg mixture – like a quiche.
