the D O G

14 Oct

is growing.  and chewing.  gah.  he’s “perpetual motion”.

1 D O G

except when he’s not.  he likes to pretend he’s a scarf.

did i mention he is growing?  yesterday i had to pick up another bigger kennel for him to keep at the kid’s house.  sometimes i just need to be able to contain him.  and it also allows the kids and i to actually LEAVE sometimes.

2 D O G

if i can’t contain him, things like this happen.  this was popped ball #1 of the day.

so the new kennel, right?

3 D O G

i’m nothing if not “adaptable”

4 D O G

popped ball #2 of the day

it’s hard to tell in this shot, but schult-z is laughing at me.            bad D O G.

He’s adorable!!!!!!!!!! You should try that scarf out! Puppy snorts are very soothing! Love the multipurpose crate 😉 I used to refer to the play pen as the kid crate.

Maybe you should get an xpen – give him a little room and won’t have to keep buying bigger kennels – although soon he’d be able to jump over it – sigh…..love the pictures. Maybe try for the pure rubber balls!!! Hate for the kids to keep losing their toys you know they don’t have that many!!!

OMG. Way too funny. Guess we know what to buy the grandkids for birthdays…. new balls or a kennel of their own.

What a beautiful dog! Besides the “screws in a pop can” trick to startle him from doing unacceptable activities, buy gallons of bitter apple spray and use it liberally. (Although if he’s like our dog at that age, he might manage to get accustomed to the taste. However, it did help some…)

Of course, you do realize that the dog trains us, right? 😉 You must be a slow learner. 🙂 (Ducking for cover.)

    Hope you’re feeling better!

What a face.(the dog not the DH) My DH has a similar nap-mate. Snuggling is fun, it’s the drool that I can’t deal with.

Raise the Big Top….the three ring circus is in town!

(oh, and Linda…..I hate it when Mr. W drools all over me while snuggling too…..teehee)

Kay – I have been vicariously enjoying your trials of being a puppy mom. Hang in there! He’s adorable. The grans are even cuter.

Drats! The state of Oregon frowns on kennels for daycare children !!! But, it looks like so much fun.
