the pictures

30 Aug

some of you have been begging for…and you KNOW who you are!

meet “sergeant schultz”  or “schult-z”.  the kids asked why that name.  scott said because it’s a GERMAN short-hair.  blank looks.  scott said “hogan’s hero’s”  blank looks.  scott said “i like it” and then rolled his eye balls back into his head.

d o g 1 d o g 2 kaiden is a born d o g person.  could be an animal person, but for sure A D O G PERSON.

if you wanna see the other 1oo’s of pictures i’ve taken, go to   🙂  and for those of you feeling sorry for the d o g that he has to live with me, get over your darn self!  this is one lucky  d o g.  scott got the pick of the litter.  his 11 brothers and sisters are still waiting for homes.  they are purebred but not registered.  they’ve been well socialized.  all with beautiful markings.  mother and father have great dispositions and are both good hunters.  lemme know if you want to see them in person.  becca, i’m talking to you & WH!!!

Labs and retrievers/hunting dogs of all sorts make the CUTEST puppies! Problem is…they become d o g s. Okay, they become adorable loyal wonderful d o g s. But dogs nonetheless. This, of course, means they never learn to make their own meals or clean up after themselves. (At least with teenagers, we can dream.)

Enjoy the pup. Just keep reminding Scott whose dog it is! (Yeah, I tried that with DH and DS but they both claim the dog likes me better. Might be that like all moms, I’m always there in a crisis. 😉 )

Ok thanks. I just spewed coffee ALL over my monitor!hahaha. Last night as I was letting the dogs in an out and in and out and in and out I remarked that people may get hurt if another dog comes into this house.Lol

So NO I am not showing hubby this picture. If he thinks he needs a bird dog so badly I will offer up the pomeranian! She likes birds.Lol

yes, an INDOOR hunting dog. we’ve had outside dogs before but this breed is supposed to be hard to “contain” and we live too close to a highway. we lost tolstoy(siberian husky) that way and aren’t willing to risk it. so yes, indoor it is. can’t wait for a couple more weeks to pass and then shult-z goes off to obedience camp for 4 weeks or so. i can make it! (of course that is said on a sunday when scott is 100% in charge of the D O G!)
